I had a call into another HVAC company who said they would return my call "very shortly." I had a clogged condensation line leaking water into my house so "shortly," was very important to me. So 30 minutes went by, then an hour and a half, then 2 hours, then I called Grant. Debbie had a tech here within the hour and Brian knew exactly what the issue was and resolved it within the hour. The company I called first STILL has not called me after 5 hours while Grant Air and Brian have been here, fixed the issue, and gone. My first call from this point forward will be Grant Air Conditioning.

The team at Grant air conditioning has always been quick to respond especially when it's a critical situation. Their communication of what is wrong, cost estimates and timing is fantastic, and well appreciated. Blower motor on AC unit went out recently, and Grant got it fixed in less time, and for less money than expected. Grant will continue to be our go to when we need service. Highly recommend them.

Chase and Robert came out and fixed our unit within 45 minutes! They were wonderful. We had a previous quote from another company who recommended we replace 3 things on our brand new system for $6,000. Chase and Robert were able to assess and fix the issue within 45 minutes. Grant Air Conditioning is a fantastic company. In an industry rife with companies that take advantage of people in desperate times Grant Air Conditioning stands above with outstanding customer service and technical expertise at a reasonable price. The technician who came to our house, Richard, was professional and had our problem diagnosed quickly. We were back up and running at full strength right after the part came in and he even serviced some other items on our units as preventative maintenance. I have had other companies who know they have you over a barrel because its 105 out, your AC is out, you have kids in the house, and no other companies have availability so they rip you off. Grant Air Conditioning provides a service at a reasonable price for the work being performed, no games. If I ever need a new system, or build a new house there is no one I will call besides Grant Air Conditioning. Use them with the utmost confidence!

Haven't used this business, but extremely unsafe driver(s). On 35W North this morning, and their van is cutting people off left and right causing a lot of us to slam on our brakes. Almost caused an accident. At least I know if I ever have AC problems, will not give them business. Reply: Thank you for response, that shows a lot. I don't remember the number, but it was a van, not a truck. We were heading north on 35W. Moving the review to 5 stars after the owner's response and concern.

Good work for many years.

I was having humidity issues and they came same day and stayed till they figured out whoever had installed my air conditioning didn't hook everything up right. They fixed it and within the hour the humidity problem was resolved! Such great work! Also they were super friendly! Great work!

Grant Air Conditioning does a great job delivering on their promise. When my A/C went out Grant quickly responded to my service request and came out quicker than I anticipated. Grant's service technician was professional and had great communication skills explaining the problem in terms I could understand. I got great service at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

These guys have been our A\C guys for years and they do a GREAT job with any and all repairs. Next year I will be replacing my entire system and these guys will get the call!

I was told by a different AC repair company originally to replace the whole AC unit because they think the issue was the compressor broke down ( this company has the highest google review ratings in DFW area). They suggested me to replace the whole unit so i can get the full warranty, because it is not worth it to fix the compressor, which will cost me almost 8K. I wanted to get a second opinion so I reached out to Grant Team for help. They are very professional, they came by and identified the real cause and fixed it within one hour. I highly recommend their service. Honest and reliable!

Of all the companies I've worked with since owning my own home, I have frequently been disappointed, as I am an admittedly difficult customer. Grant HVAC was AMAZING!! They are far superior to any other service provider I have run across. They installed a system for me that is exactly what I needed! I would recommend them to anyone.
